Spicy Dakgalbi Recipe – A Flavorful Korean Chicken Dish

Ingredients

- 1 zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup cabbage, cut into thin strips
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoons Korean hot pepper flakes (gochugaru)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, and hot pepper flakes.
- Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned.
- Add the vegetables and stir to combine everything.
- Continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of rice and kimchi.
