 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 
Instructions
- Wash and cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces.
 - Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
 - In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
 - Add the onions and garlic and sauté until tender, about 4 minutes.
 - Add the spinach and the sauce mixture. Stir to combine.
 - Cook for a few minutes, stirring often, until the spinach is cooked through and soft, about 8 minutes. Stir in the onion and garlic powders, sugar, and any other desired seasonings.
 - Serve while hot.
