Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups chopped seafood (clams, shrimp, octopus, etc.)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, sugar and ground white pepper. Slowly add the 1/2 cup of cold water, stirring until a batter forms.
- Add the chopped seafood, green onions, and mix until combined.
- Heat enough oil in a skillet to cover the bottom. Drop the batter by large spoonfuls into the skillet and fry until each side is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve the pancake with dipping sauce.
